We operate on-site employee health centers, pharmacies and fitness centers for many of the country’s largest corporations and federal agencies.We are proud to partner with Micron in Boise, ID and currently have an opportunity for a FT Lead Registered Nurse who will supervise and coordinate health center staff and operations for our employee health center.Additional Responsibilities: Collaborates with Practice Administrator to provide leadership to health center staff including Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses. Assists in the selection of new staff members, including interviewing candidates and training new staff members. Assesses, manages, and evaluates the performance and development of staff members. Manages and monitors clinic staff schedules. Oversees the nursing care of all patients. Provides direct patient care. Identifies emergency situations, and provides care within legal scope of practice. Directs preparation and maintenance of patient´s clinical records. Provides direction to ensure environment is clean and safe, that infection control procedures are followed and patient privacy is upheld. Oversees ordering and maintenance of supplies, drugs, solutions, and equipment, and maintains records on narcotics, if applicable. Participates in Quality Improvement, Risk Management activities and completes TC Occurrence Reports as needed. Investigates and resolves complaints.RequirementsQualified candidates will hold be a RN, with respected certification or degree requirements from an accredited university. Minimum of 3 years experience in concurrent clinical role in an ER, Occupational Health Clinic or other ambulatory care clinic. Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred. Must have current state required licensure and additional certification as a COHN, CCM or CEN preferred. BLS certification is required. ACLS is recommended. Previous experience with Microsoft Office and an electronic medical records system.
