POSITION REQUIREMENTS JOB SUMMARYRegistered Respiratory Therapist performs all ranges of respiratory care including cardiac and medical critical care, advanced modes of ventilator care as well as non-invasive ventilation on adults, pediatrics and neonates, emergency respiratory care, blood gas analysis, EKGs. Specialty experience required in at least two areas such as charge therapist, stress testing, pulmonary function testing, arterial line insertion & maintenance, transcutaneous monitoring or neonatal intensive care.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS1. Minimum of three (5) years experience in all facets of acute and chronic respiratory services including Arterial Line Insertion, Pulmonary Function Testing and Electrocardiography.2. Strong Critical Care experience in CVICU, ICU.3. Basic Computer knowledge.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION1. Current RCP license2. Current RRT credential3. Current BLS card4. Current ACLS card 5. Current NRP card6. AARC member preferred
