Department: IS - Administration Salary: DOEHours: Full time, days.Location: Hospital Main Campus Support the development, implementation and on-going operations of Clinical Neurophysiology solutions to maximize the clinical use of information technology. Develop, upgrade, test, and integrate computer applications and systems. Provide ongoing support/maintenance of Clinical Neurophysiology application systems as needed in support of production operations to ensure optimal functionality and effectiveness. Under the general direction of Physician and IS leadership, collaborate with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation. As required, provide leadership on project tasks and mentoring to other project analysts as appropriate. Required: - Bachelors Degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field - Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Systems environment with a clinical focus Preferred: - Experience with Clinical Neurophysiology data storage, databases, and viewing tools - Experience with Clinical Neurophysiology methods including data acquisition and processing - Knowledge of digital EEG, video/EEG and evoked potential recording systems- Integration of clinical neurophysiological procedure scheduling, acquisition, analysis and report generation with clinical information systems- Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline - Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems At Seattle Children´s, we believe in accountability, respect and teamwork - not only with patients and their families, but also with each other.
