From our customized relocation program, to a choice of several competitive health plans, to our generous 401(k) program, our employees enjoy flexibility and options that represent some of the best employee benefit programs available.This position is eligible for a highly competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous 401(k) plan, commuter programs, and continuing education assistance.JOB DESCRIPTION:This is a full time position at our Met Park Campus in Seattle. - Works closely with business partners to design and maintain solutions in PeopleSoft HCM application for Benefits Administration / BenAdmin. - May also support Core HR, Recruiting and/or Payroll functions. - Researches and resolves production issues. - Develops business requirements. - Prepares functional specifications documents. - Creates and maintains business process documents. - Creates test plans and conducts testing for new functionality, interfaces, reports, etc. - Supports implementation of tax bundles, application bundles and system upgrades. - Maintains core tables.
