Provides overall management and operational support for CL billing. Acts as the liaison between CL and LBS and monitors the activities of LBS to ensure that system, company, and departmental goals, objectives and missions are met or exceeded. Manages all outreach billing operations, including hiring, orientation, training, development, coaching, corrective actions, and ongoing monitoring of all staff work-related activities. Ensures consistent quality of the billing services by distributing and assigning duties and responsibilities to employees, ensuring skill levels are appropriate to the assigned tasks, and monitoring the departments productivity, maintaining and adjusting to balance budget targets with required service level demands. Identifies, procures, and installs the supporting infrastructure and production systems necessary to effectively support all operations required to be successful in the business.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree preferred Experience: Three to five years management/supervisory experience. minimum two years experience with billing in a commercial laboratory setting.Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required.Other Minimum Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of business practices, positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal direction, and ability to lead.
