Practice Management Consulting with emphasis on practices in transition.
HCA Physician Services is seeking a Manager of Practice Transition and Operations for our Midwest Division to coordinate and implement the transition process for providers and staff becoming affiliated with Physician Services. The Transition Manager will complete due diligence processes, conduct practice assessments, and develop, recommend, and implement appropriate action plans. This is a hands-on position.On occasions the Transition Manager may function as an interim Practice Manager. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in a practice management or operational role in healthcare. Management of large group and/or multi-specialty practices and/or project management experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. The Transition Manager will report to the Director of Development and work collaboratively with various Senior Practice Administration. Bachelors Degree in Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
