The Clinical Services division of PeriGen, Inc., the leading OB Risk Reduction Company, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, is currently recruiting Consultants with expertise in Maternity Care.
This role acts as the lead clinical contact, focusing on consultation with clients in clinical matters, analyzing potential clinical and patient safety situations, advising them regarding improvement opportunities and solutions for an optimal clinical outcome. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Patient Safety.Position responsibilities include the clinical implementation and ongoing support of the Company´s flagship products PeriBirth and PeriCalm, in the hospital, clinic, or office environment. This includes facilitation of the workflow analysis process, configuration of the system to specific customer needs, advisement regarding cultural and change management principles, support for the Go-Live of the system, and ongoing updates focused on quarterly quantified benchmark data, utilizing a quality improvement approach.This role will function as a key part of the customer account team, which also includes professional technical consulting, project management, and account executive expertise. Minimum requirements are: * MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine, OR graduate of an accredited school of nursing with BSN and a minimum of 7-10 years of healthcare experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. * Labor & Delivery experience preferred, and previous management experience with projects and/ or people strongly preferred. * Experience in working with the implementation of healthcare technology into a clinical environment desired.* Also, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as is the ability and willingness to travel extensively within the United States. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
