HCA Physician Services is seeking a Hospitalist Program Director for Southern Hills Medical Center located in Nashville, TN. The Program Director will manage the daily operations of the program including acting as a liaison to 7 hospitalists, hospital administration, hospital and nursing staff, medical staff, the local business community and other key constituencies. The Program Director, in collaboration with the Medical Director, will assist hospital administration and HCA Physician Services with the development and implementation of strategic goals and initiatives resulting in an excellent, quality driven program Requirements Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitalist/practice management, sound financial acumen and a demonstrated understanding of hospital operations. Undergraduate degree required in a healthcare related field, masters degree preferred.
