Works closely with CFO with financial data analysis and planning. Supervises staff within the General Accounting department. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 1-3 years of progressive work experience in order to gain knowledge of health care trends and practices, regulations and financial techniques necessary to forecast and budget, and supervisory experience. Interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with administration and managers regarding various financial information and data, policies and procedures.Analytical skills necessary in order to develop budgets, coordinate audits, produce accurate financial statements, costing data, and internal profitability reporting along with other related reports.
