PositionThe Manager will have responsibility for the overall duties of human resources including managing benefits for all services within the health system. This position reports to the director with six FTEs under their management umbrella Qualified candidates will be individuals who present with four years management level hospital experience as a human resource manager/director and possess strong leadership skills including customer service, communication, creativity, initiative, self-direction, as well as excellent technical skills. Ideal candidates will have extensive backgrounds in employee benefits, specifically with plan design, claim utilization review, SPD oversight, and workers compensation claims.
