The Medical Faculty Associates´ doctors have offices in the Ambulatory Care Center, an outpatient clinic building located one block from the hospital.In this senior role, the Associate Administrator provides day to day operations for ancillary or assigned departments, implements the strategy of the CEO and COO, and manages assigned departments efficiently and effectively to maximize quality of services and profits of the hospital. Requirements The idea candidate should have:2-3 years of hospital management experience at a mid or senior level in an acute care facility Master’s degree Strong leadership, communication, project management & problem-solving skills Ability to focus on the nuances of multiple hospital operations and be detail oriented Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse groups, including physicians, managers, and staff
