The Dean of Nursing will report to the Vice-President for Academic Affairs and provide leadership and administrative oversight for the Nursing program. Responsibilities of this position will include: maintaining high levels of retention and completion of the Nursing Program and licensure process, ensuring enrollment growth by recruiting college ready students, facilitating strong relationships with service area high schools and sister institutions, and developing and implementing a strategic plan for marketing and recruitment.
