We are looking for a candidate that has strategic account management skills, the ability lead projects successfully, demonstrated research and analysis skills, knowledge of reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid and private payer), and who possess excellent public speaking and presentation skills. We are looking for a Manager to propose, manage, and conduct consulting projects and support operational consulting projects, while helping the team to develop new products and projects across all consulting practice areas.Core Consultative Skill Set:- Manage clients and projects providing the highest quality and utmost customer service including monthly reporting (in Excel and/or PowerPoint)- Superior oral and written communication skills and experience writing proposals/documents and delivering presentations- Consulting and project management experience leading the design and development of program policies and procedures- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, mentor and develop others- Experience/understanding of payer contracting, relationships, and negotiations- Experience with client management and project leadership- Knowledge of reimbursement Medicare, Medicaid, and private payer - Excellent speaking and presentation skills- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills- Experience as a practice/office manager in a specialty performing infusions helpful but not required- Certified medical coder also strongly recommended- Overnight travel 40%Manager Responsibilities: - Conduct project work such as developing and conducting advisory boards, client management, as well as training sessions directed toward client management teams and field force members. - Lead consulting projects and support operational consulting projects across practice areas.- Recognizes changes in project scope and determines appropriate manner of feedback to client- Provides feedback to team members to strengthen performance- Work closely with the Director for the practice area in order to establish team objectives and obtain team goals.- Participates actively in regular team meetingsThis position will manage team members and will interact with associates at all levels within the organization.
