Director provides business support and promotes the management philosophy of the Vice President of Emergency Services. The Director is a role model, demonstrating financial and personnel management skills along with knowledge of the emergency services business needs with an understanding of necessary supplies and technologies required to perform services. The Director fosters collaboration with other members of the Catholic Medical Center staff, physicians, visitors and vendors as needed. The Director also fosters a work environment conducive to professional growth, accountability and autonomy; and, carries out initiatives in a manner consistent with total quality management. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: * BSN or equivalent * Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Experience: * Minimum of 5 years ED clinical experience required * Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare management experience required * ED management experience preferred Licensure/Certification: * Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse * Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and CEN certified required. If not certified, must obtain all certifications prior to completion of orientation, not to exceed 21 days from date of hire with Catholic Medical Center. Must maintain certifications throughout employment.
