This is an extraordinary position for an experienced CMO. The major responsibilities include integration of a 100+ physician multispecialty group practice with a state-of-the-art hospital and research and education programs. The CMO will be an active member of the leadership team in the hospital and clinics, in addition to serving as the liaison with the Scott & White headquarters campus in Temple, TX. Qualifications include board certification and an MBA or MHA. This physician leader will have experience and success managing in the following areas: a multimillion dollar budget, physician management and recruitment, medical education, hospital leadership and quality outcomes.
