The Physician Division is comprised of 1,000 employees, 14 primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care clinics. The Executive Director is responsible for all activities and performance of the Division including: operations, process improvement, conflict resolution and change management. Realizing this expansion requires an experienced candidate with a strong vision and unparalleled management ability. The Executive Director is responsible for the Central Business Office and all ancillary support departments that serve the division and its customers.
