Practice Manager needed for a multi-site medical oncology practice in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Our centers, which are freestanding and hospital based, provide a full spectrum of radiation therapy services and medical oncology treatment to cancer patients, and multi specialty care to patients in the areas of Urology, Gynecology and medical specialties. We are growing and need highly qualified candidates to join our team.We are searching for a Medical Oncology Clinical Practice Manager to oversee the operations of multiple medical oncology centers throughout Jacksonville, Florida. This individual will be responsible for all operational initiatives as well as overseeing the revenue cycle and charge capture processes for the group. Requirements: *College graduate with at least five years experience in medical practice management, including staff supervision. *5+ years experience working in a billing/collection capacity within an organization. *Experience working in a large group practice or hospital-based setting. *Medical Oncology experience preferred. *Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills *Ability to exercise initiative, use sound judgment, and employ effective problem solving techniques in the decision making process *Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment *Extensive travel within assigned geographical area *Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD9, and CPT coding *Good Computer skills in MS Office; knowledge of Medical Manager would be helpful *Excellent oral and written communication skills

The Marketing Coordinator promotes practice development by establishing and maintaining relationships with referring physician offices and other local community referral sources to drive new and incremental patient volume. The HIPAA Compliance Manager oversees all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, as well as maintenance and adherence to the policies and procedures covering the security of 21st Century data. He/she will also ensure that information and equipment is in compliance with federal and state laws, accreditation standards, and information privacy practices of 21st Century Oncology.Requirements: Bachelor´s Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalentKnowledge of healthcare compliance, laws and standard 3+ years experience in healthcare setting required.
