In this role, you will work with the Director of COE to design, set up and maintain Horizon Laboratory (HLAB), Horizon Blood Bank (HBB) and Power Path systems to meet the requirements of our lab customers. Additional responsibilities include:Developing and enforcing documentation and development standards as appropriate. Providing support and trouble shooting of lab-related issues via IT ticketing system tickets. Supporting enterprise and regional project efforts via delivery of Lab portions of other clinical projects as well as status tracking and on time delivery. Determining new lab projects scope definition (i.e., concept scoping, budgeting, approval). May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Reviewing, analyzing and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organizations application systems. Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Responsible for overseeing activities of vendors in support and maintenance of system/installations The ideal candidate has knowledge of patient care environments and in-depth knowledge of hospital processes. Particular areas of expertise of interest would be Blood Bank and Lab instrument interfacing. 3+ years of supporting McKesson lab systems (HLAB, HBB and Power Path) and operational knowledge gained from working in the lab or in IT supporting lab applications. Associate degree in related field and MT certification preferred.

Regional VP of Case Management will plan, implement, organize and direct the care coordination activities throughout the Abrazo Health Care Hospital System.

Regional VP of Case Management will plan, implement, organize and direct the care coordination activities throughout the Abrazo Health Care Hospital System. The Regional VP of Case Management will also work with hospital and corporate leadership to develop and execute a strategic plan for Case Management within the hospital system. Responsible for the region-wide oversight and evaluation of the Case Management Program. The Regional VP of Case Management will be intimately involved in the revenue cycle process, working closely with leaders in Admitting, Nursing, Health Information Management, Central Business Office and Denial Management. Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School. Minimum of 7 -10 years of hospital Case Management and certification in case management (CCM).

Minimum Education: Bachelor´s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent minimum experience requirements. Masters in Business Administration or Finance preferred. Minimum Experience: Seven or more years in a health care financial management position. Management and supervisory experience is required. MBA or CPA certification preferred.

Working with the CFO and his/her designees helps develop and administer hospital policies on finance, accounting, business office, admitting, materials management and internal controls. Assists in the establishment of goals, objectives and standards for all areas of responsibility that report to a hospital CFO. Participates in developing the strategic plan for the hospital. Assists in the development of hospital wide fiscal policies and procedures.Minimum experience bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred.
