Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma and teaching hospital located in the beautiful north side Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago is seeking a Staffing Effectiveness Analyst to provide planning and assistance within Clinical Operations assisting the Director of Staffing Effectiveness. Essential functions will include: productivity monitoring and reporting of strategically aligned clinical initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:Project management skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage several tasks. Bachelors degree or equivalent in accounting or finance with 1-3 years related experience.Software experience with Lotus, Excel, Work, Access, Project.Bachelors degree preferred.
