Austin Regional Clinic began as a professional association in 1980, and today is one of the largest multispecialty health care groups in central Texas.
Summary: Coordinates and conducts training activities to include development of curriculum and delivery of job specific training. Training includes, but is not limited to, New Employee Orientation, mandatory compliance training, in-service programs, skills assessment and computer applications specific to ARC. Works with Staff Development Manager and team members to identify other system-wide training and development needs, develop programs and conduct training. Minimum Qualifications: Requires current RN license, CPR card and at least 5 years clinical experience. Two years of previous training experience preferred. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and employee health a plus. AHA CPR Instructor certification within 12 months of hire required. Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of computer applications (Medical software, EMR, Microsoft Office), primary care processes and procedures and demonstrate sound clinical judgment and skills. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
