Position Information The Director will be responsible for the overall direction of medical records, transcription and coding with approximately 10 FTEs and one direct report. Qualified candidates will be bachelors prepared with previous management experience and are competent serving as a change agent. RHIA preferred.Global thinkers with previous EMR installation experience, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within the organization, are desired.
