We are currently recruiting for a Research Manager to join the largest Research facility in Montana.Join our dedicated team in advancing the newest research therapies and treatments available for patients in our area. The successful candidate for this exciting position will be responsible for management of our Research Center at Billings Clinic located near the Rocky Mountains in Billings, Montana. Accountability includes: objectives, policies, and standard operating procedures for research, quality of services, short and long range planning, fiscal control, physician and inter/intra-departmental relations, and personnel management. Maintains the quality standards, relationships with sponsors, grant agencies, patients and research development. In collaboration with physician leadership and other health care providers, develops and implements short and long range research programs which enhance department services. Leads department in the overall marketing, program development, and service priorities. Masters degree with at least 2-3 years of experience, or extensive experience in research- related business, finance, administration or related area preferred; demonstrated management/leadership and program management skills related to the position expected.
