Key Role:Work on engagements at a variety of government agencies as a consultant in defense market areas, including health to grow business and market opportunities. Provide senior functional and program leadership that will expand Booz Allen´s presence in the Health business. Apply knowledge of strategic communications and well-developed consulting, business management, and leadership skills in the execution of a multi-faceted communications program area encompassing internal and external audiences. Provide thought leadership and creative insights to clients on complex strategic communications initiatives, serve as the project manager on strategic communications consulting engagements, and facilitate the hands-on design and delivery of consulting initiatives. Lead communications and change teams in supporting client´s business strategies, including public affairs, policy analysis, agency integration and cross-agency coordination, business transformation, strategy alignment, or other initiatives. Manage assignments within budget and costs associated with client engagements in support of the financial objectives of the firm. Key Role:Perform as a member of a leadership team in the DC Metro area and lead the development and management of the firms health practice in the areas of organization transformation and change management, organizational efficiency and process management, and human capital management. Work with federal health clients, including NIH in the role of a business developer, delivery lead, and functional expert. Demonstrate knowledge of the market and quickly comprehend how to leverage the resources of Booz Allen to successfully sell and deliver $3-$5 million annually within the first 12-18 months of assuming the role. Work with a diverse team of consultants and maintain responsibility for executing the firm�s people programs to advance the teams capabilities for the market and each individual�s professional growth. Exhibit an executive presence; work with senior-level or equivalent clients, and shape Booz Allen�s role in helping the client to achieve their mission and goals. Work within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial culture with teams in IT, supply chain, assurance and resilience, modeling and simulation, and global health to bring total solutions to meet clients unique needs. Maintain responsibility for the financial performance of projects and the team, become adept at using resources efficiently and effectively, and apply knowledge of large-scale organizational transformation projects, accounts, existing client relationships with NIH, and functional expertise and credentials.
