Primary Responsibilities: The person selected for this position will assume responsibilities for operational performance for one or more of the East Regions most prestigious physician groups. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of a medical billing office, including accounts receivable management, reimbursement management, and payor relations performance standards. Qualifications: Proven success in leadership, customer service and physician/client relationshipsEffective meeting management and presentation skills to large client groupsTwo (2) Seven (7) years experience managing multiple clients, including one (1) year of physician practice management experience. Experience in managing medical billing and reimbursement and managed care contracts.Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skillsSystems and software proficiency, including Excel.Demonstrated managerial achievement and technical knowledge.College degree required, Masters Degree preferred.Radiology, Anesthesiology, or Emergency Medical Practice Experience highly desired.
