You will audit provider medical record documentation and coding to ensure compliance with applicable coding, billing and federal and state regulatory requirements; review audit results with providers; train providers on documentation and coding; and perform compliance-related projects based on coding, billing and regulatory guidelines. Requires CPC certification, an extensive background in an analytical capacity in the medical field and at least three years experience reviewing chart documentation and coding physician services. Strong communication, computer, and evaluation and management coding skills are required. Our standards for performance are high.
