Due to extensive growth in our medical group operations division, we are seeking a seasoned physician practice administrator to assume the number two position overseeing our medical group operations. In this role you will support the Executive Director of Operations with staffing, budgeting, practice analysis and expansion activities, as well as overseework with a collaborative team of satellite facility managers in a multi-location, multi-specialty medical group. If you have extensive healthcare operations experience, including 5 years of medical office management experience and enjoy forging strong physician and staff relationships, overseeing staffing functions related to recruitment, orientation, training and general medical office management and have a bachelors degree (Masters preferred), we would like to talk to you!
