Clarian Arnett Health System is seeking an experienced Chief Practice Officer for their 150 physician multi specialty group.
This position exists to plan, implement, evaluate and continuously improve the operational functions of Clarian Arnett Physician Group, a multispecialty physician group integrated with Clarian Arnett Health. The incumbent reports directly to and supports the Chief Executive Officer. As a member of the senior executive team of Clarian Arnett Health the incumbent participates in CAHs strategic planning processes to establish and attain clinic and health system goals. The incumbent is responsible to ensure that all policies, procedures and outcomes of assigned areas (both direct and matrix reporting relationships) ensure quality patient care, effective medical staff relations, fiscal responsibility, excellent people and excellent service.
