Coastal Medical, Inc., leaders in primary care, is seeking a team player for the position of Patient Services Agent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant disposition and minimum 3 years of medical billing experience. The position will be involved with answering patient questions, inquiries and concerns regarding their patient account balances. Knowledge of medical terminology, the health insurance industry and billing procedures is necessary. Ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships with physicians, patients and co-workers. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.
