This position will be based at the CVS corporate headquarters in Woonsocket RI. The Director of Minute Clinic Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, monitoring and continually improving all aspects of billing, collections, and revenue cycle analysis for the Minute Clinics. The Director will assist with setting up the new Rhode Island based billing operations, hire the new staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Minute Clinic revenue cycle.Position requirements include a Masters degree with a minimum of ten years experience in a large health care organization in relevant management level positions, or Bachelors degree with equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years experience specifically directing centralized billing and accounts receivable activities for large medical groups, with a successful track record in process improvement, implementing new technology, improving collections, and meeting accounts receivable goals in adherence with industry benchmarks.
