QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: -Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field, or equivalent combination of post secondary education and experience.-Experience in using, evaluating and managing various revenue cycle hospital information systems.-Proven track record of success in transforming operations to reflect leading practices.-Seven years experience in a hospital based patient Access and or PFS management position, including experience with Medicaid and commercial/contract payer insurance payment rules. Preferred Qualifications: -Excellent project management skills and ability to complete projects on time and on budget.-Excellent written and oral communication skills.-Experience with Eclipsys AMPFM system.-Knowledge of and experience in establishing, monitoring and achieving performance objectives based on hospital revenue cycle benchmarks.-Two to three years experience in management consulting.
