Delphi Healthcare Partners is seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as a Director of Operations for our Western Region. Working closely with the Vice President of Operations, this position would be responsible for leading and maintaining day-to-day operations of each contract in a variety of specialties including Orthopedics, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Intensive Care Medicine, and Anesthesiology. All contracts are with hospitals. The Director of Operations will be able to effectively interact with all levels of hospital management, manage onsite Program staff to support Delphi services and assist as needed to manage Delphi physicians. Ideal candidate must have Bachelors degree, 7-9 years of experience in a management role either in a hospital setting or multi physician practice, experience directly managing a group of individuals. An MBA is preferred, experience in managing in a hospital setting also preferred. Ideal candidate will be results oriented, customer service driven. Substantial travel is required of this position.
