Crozer-Keystone facilities house a Level II Trauma Center, a Regional Burn Center, two Regional Cancer Centers, a Fertility Center, and Sleep-Disorders enter, a U.S. Olympic Committee-designated sport science and technology center, and a 475,000 square-foot wellness center and sports club.CKHN is Delaware Countys largest multi-specialty physician network with over 300 physicians practicing in locations throughout the county. The Vice President, CKHN, will report to the Networks President and will be responsible for optimizing the financial and operational performance of the specialty medical practices including neurology, all surgical specialties, emergency departments, managed care, and the business office.The Vice President, CKHN, will oversee four Directors including the Administrative Directors of various specialty practices with approximately 125 physicians. Indirect reports total 200. In concert with the President, the VP will manage a $38 million expense budget. With over 800 employees altogether, CKHN is a key component of the Crozer-Keystone Health System and generates over 40 percent of the systems annual admissions. Each practice is system owned.The Vice President will be charged with establishing and maintaining a productive and collaborative working relationship with both physicians and administrators. S/he will coordinate the practice acquisition process as well as divestiture process and play a key role as well in physician recruitment and on-boarding. The Crozer-Keystone Health System seeks individuals who possess five to ten years of leadership experience in operations/finance of physician practices, a Masters degree in health/business, and a thorough understanding of medical office procedures including financial operations combined with strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. Experience developing, negotiating and managing physician contracts, as well as analyzing and communicating practice performance to physicians is highly desirable.
