TITLE (REQ ID): PRODUCTIVITY ANALYST (81500) DEPARTMENT: GENERAL ACCOUNTING EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME SHIFT: DAY HOURS PER PAY PERIOD: 80 SHIFT HOURS: 8HOUR FACILITY: DOMINICAN HOSPITAL SANTA CRUZ LOCATION: SANTA CRUZ, CA POSITION REQUIREMENTS Under the direction of the Decision Support Director this position will be responsible for the maintenance and reporting related to the productivity system. The position will provide daily, bi-weekly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of productivity, position control and budgetary needs as they relate to the productivity of Dominican Hospital and related entities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors degree• Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet, database management and word processing (at minimum, intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel required)• Demonstrated ability to learn other business application software programs• Ability to work independently and make decisions, and also excel in team environment• Ability to analyze and summarize large volumes of statistical information. Strong analytical skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to work with and sometimes lead a group of customers in projects (such as testing and implementing a new release of existing )• Ability to work with computer operations staff in an educational and support capacity• Ability to manage own projects in a logical, efficient manner• Ability to prioritize and multi taskPreferred• General Accounting skills • Knowledge of healthcare Experience: (minimum, plus desired): Required• Three years experience in financial or accounting analyst role
