Overview:ECPI College of Technology is a leading private college offering degree, diploma, and certification programs in Technology, Business, and Health Sciences. Instructors are responsible for the training and supervision of students as they prepare for their chosen career.Join our team by becoming a Medical Instructor. We currently have a need for individuals capable of teaching Billing and Coding, Medical Transcription, Anatomy and Physiology as well as other subjects in the Medical field.As an instructor you will be responsible for:* Providing hands-on classroom instruction in your discipline.* Evaluating student competency based on program philosophy and objectives.* Preparing and utilizing approved lesson plans.* Providing for the care of supplies and equipment.* Preparing student progress and grade reports.* Maintaining accurate and timely records.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Experience in the field is preferred.* College level teaching experience is a plus but is not required. Education:* Associates degree in a health care field or a Bachelors degree in a related health field.Skills & Abilities:* Excellent oral and written communication skills.* Ability to create and maintain relationships.* Ability to organize and prioritize work flow.Supplemental Information:Applicants selected to interview for a faculty position must submit at least unofficial transcript(s) verifying their academic credentials at the time of interview.
