GCFH is currently seeking an experienced medical practice manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and provide long term strategic planning for our 12 practitioner rural health clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employees, overseeing patient billing and revenue, training, credentialing, performance evaluations and managing physician relations. We are looking for an organized, analytical person who can prepare and analyze financial and practice activity reports, assist in marketing and expansion of services, evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures, prepare and monitor the annual operating budget, maintain efficiency in the practice, ensure quality assurance and compliance within the office practice while maintain a patient-centered environment. We are located in a picture perfect New England village, close to ski areas, the Green Mountain National Forest and within walking distance to local schools. Grace Cottage Family Health is part of a five-building rural health care complex. Its small size makes possible the warm, individualized, professional services on which the hospital has built its well-deserved reputation.The ideal candidates will have relevant experience as an office manager in a physician office or healthcare setting.
