Grant Cooper & Associates has been retained by the Honor Society for Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau International to conduct the search for the Global Business Development Director.

With over 130,000 active members, the mission of the organization is to support the learning, knowledge, and professional development of nurses committed to making a difference in health worldwide.Reporting directly to the CEO, this new executive position will lead efforts for overall strategic direction and oversight of global growth initiatives for Sigma Theta Tau International, based in Indianapolis, IN including:-Provide leadership and oversight for global initiatives.-Develop and implement the strategic plan for global business development.-Implement sound business practices, including budget development and oversight.-Establish relationships and alliances with global leaders, organizations, universities, funders, etc.Requirements include a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business or related field. A Masters degree or professional certification in a related field is desired. Proven experience in accessing and evaluating global markets, as well as international strategic alliance building is essential. Bi-lingual communications skills desired.

CHS´s integrated delivery system owns, leases or manages 25 hospitals in North and South Carolina and employs 1,100 physicians who practice in over 300 locations.Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Planning, the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations will be responsible for directing the marketing and public relations department, managing external relationships, overseeing website development and management, collaborating with hospital and physician practice administrators, implementing public relations strategy and managing Corporate Health Services.Successful candidates will have:* Masters degree in related field required.* 8 years minimum of progressive strategic marketing, public relations and media relations experience; preferably in healthcare.* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.* Strong leadership capabilities and a team mentality.
