In collaboration with the Medical and Administrative VP´s and Administrative Directors, the Division Finance Director provides financial leadership, direction and support for improving the financial performance and efficiency of the operating team.
Education/Learning Experience:- Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.- Desired: MBAWork Experience:- Required: 5-7 years of relevant experience.- Desired: Relevant financial experience in healthcare.Skills/Knowledge:- Required: Position involves frequent communication with operations and administrative management and staff members at a variety of health care organizations. Requires ability to analyze data, detect problems and develop solutions. Must be able to think creatively, communicate effectively and show initiative. Must be able to plan, prioritize and coordinate time to effectively deal with multiple projects. A firm grasp of financial analysis techniques, generally accepted accounting principles, financial reporting and health care reimbursement consideration is necessary. Proficiency with spreadsheet software, word processing and other common office applications is necessary. Licenses/Certifications:- Desired: CPA or CMA
