Join us here for a rewarding future that focuses on what matters most to you.The Risk Manager is responsible for directing and managing Central Florida Regional Hospital´s clinical risk management program, including the functions of clinical risk management, claims management, program administration and risk management education for the facility with the goal of protecting the institution from fortuitous loss. The Risk Manager is responsible for risk management activities which include but may not be limited to coordinating those systems necessary for identification, evaluation, monitoring, reduction and/or elimination of professional and general liability risk exposures. The Risk Manager provides counseling and education to the Director of Quality Resource Management, senior leadership, clinical personnel, board of trustees and medical staff members related to the risk management day-to-day operations, managing and analyzing risk management data, risk exposures including risk prevention and risk reduction. The Risk Manager advises leadership on compliance with risk management related standards, i.e., Joint Commission, AHCA Risk statutes. The Risk Manager will participate in the management and support of professional liability litigation at the direction and under the guidance of the HCI Department of Claims.
