Facility: Benedictine Hospital, Kingston NY Department: Information Services (8078) - Full time - 37.5 - Days - Associates Degree - minimum of 1 year of experience required Salary: Based on Experience The Network Technicians role is to support the stable operation of the in-house computer network. This includes assisting with the planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links, while ensuring minimal network downtime. The person will also diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user support. The technician supports the Network Administrator in their role.ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:1. Education: Associates Degree in Information Systems, Financial Management or related field. 2. Experience: A minimum of one to three years experience in Information Systems is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is a plus.

Knowledge of insurance verification preferred. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
