Position: Recruitment Data Analyst, Physician Services Job Summary: Physician Services Recruitment Data Specialist will be responsible for developing and generating reports and analyses to support LPNTs Recruitment efforts, including development of management tools for the purpose of monitoring from hospital level to LPNT Total, ensuring we have enough physicians in the pipeline to obtain our target numbers of New Active Admitting Physicians. General Responsibilities:Analyzes, organizes, and manages PhyMod Recruitment Database (Crystal).Develops, organizes, and manages all Physician Recruitment reports, including: New MD / Left MD Reports Weekly Recruitment Status Reports By Hospital By Division By SpecialtyAnalyzes and manages Recruitment Pipeline: Sourcing to Signed Visit to SignedMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree required.Minimum of 3-5 years of finance, reporting, data analysis and/or data warehousing.Highly proficient in database management and query tools, including Microsoft Access and Excel required. Knowledge and application of financial modeling and statistical analyses. Must possess expert level skills with Microsoft Office suite.Must possess excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to tailor the message to individuals and audiences across the organization. Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines. Ability to think strategically and act tactically.Possess good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
