MacNeal Hospital is looking for an experienced and inspirational home health executive to lead their profitable and growing Chicago-based Home Care Agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership for all aspects of this Medicare-certified, Joint Commission Accredited home health agency including operations, financial management, quality initiatives and regulatory compliance. Qualities include an entrepreneurial approach with solid business experience and a motivation to grow and expand the business. A Bachelors degree is required with an advanced degree highly desirable.
