Home Care Division
Under the direction of the Director of Quality Improvement, coordinates an integrated and comprehensive plan for quality and performance improvement throughout the organization. Serves as a clinical resource to improve patient outcomes. Supports the department director in accomplishing the strategic initiatives of the organization. Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor of Science in a healthcare related field, preferably a Registered Nurse with a current license in the State of Illinois. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality. Proven experience or knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement theory and statistics, leading teams and facilitating groups
