The Customer Success Organization is currently hiring experienced clinicians to assist in the delivery of our adoption services to our clients. This individual will work with our project team and conduct activities at the direction of the engagement manager/sponsor. KEY ACTIVITIES* Participating in engagement planning and/or delivery. * Performing responsibilities as assigned by engagement manager; however, discusses own limitations and seeks appropriate assistance. * Developing work products/deliverables (including written and verbal presentations) that meet established quality standards and expectations set by engagement manager, potentially using knowledge resources of the domain expertise team and Company. * Displays project management skills (including competency with Microsoft Project), as individually specified. Tracks and reports progress against plan. Identifies and documents risks and issues, and ensures prompt and appropriate resolution. Effectively manages work papers. * Effectively communicates with engagement manager on activities and tasks assigned, on risks and issues that arise during the engagement. * Works effectively and shows leadership skills with client representatives, mostly as a planner and facilitator of activities required for the success of the engagement. Potentially, makes presentations at appropriate level in client organization (middle management). Develops strong and recognized relationships with customers as a byproduct of engagement work. Understands and communicates engagement value outside area of expertise. * Identifies and validates (on preliminary basis) opportunities for add-on work. Communicates these to engagement manager. * Works effectively with sponsor. Identifies personal growth challenges and opportunities, structures performance plan, and seeks coaching accordingly. Seeks opportunities to develop task competency and methodology understanding/proficiency. Seeks opportunities to stretch current capabilities through observation and/or active participation for such activities as analyses, proposals, or presentations. * Exhibits leadership amongst colleagues by looking for opportunities to enhance the collective knowledge and skills of the domain expertise team (e.g., methodology development, presentation of new approach and results at domain expertise team meetings). EDUCATION/TRAININGBachelors degree with emphasis in business, service management, computer sciences, and/or healthcare services or commensurate experience. Training in process design or reengineering. EXPERIENCEDepending on level, typically requires three to seven years experience in healthcare management, information systems, clinical practice, or business administration. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Problem solving skills. * Experience in one or more McKesson Provider Technologies product areas.
