Interface with Central Business Office to ensure appropriate and complete follow-up of patient accounts in order to maximize reimbursement. Batch and balance daily charges, checking provider, place of service, rate of service, referring physician, diagnoses and procedures. MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING INSTRUCTOR

Danbury Training Center is seeking qualified individuals to become full-time/part time faculty members. Most full-time faculty members work a four (4) day work week, Monday through Thursday. Classes are conducted 9am-2pm. There are also evening classes available from 5:30pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday. Job Purpose: Promotes and nurtures the education of students by planning and tailoring courses of study according to curriculum guidelines and state requirements; monitors, assists with, and corrects academic efforts; provides a safe environment conducive to learning. Develops and presents lesson plans by using a variety of techniques, including lectures, projects, exhibits, field trips, audiovisual and library resources, computers, and the Internet.
