Northeast Surgery Center, LLC, a four physician surgical practice specializing in MOHS, plastic, and oculoplastic surgery with offices in Chelmsford, Wellesley, Arlington, and Concord seeks an experienced Practice Administrator. He/she will be responsible for overall management of the organization including finance, HR, planning & marketing, IT, risk management, operations. The Practice Administrator will work closely with the physician owners to develop and implement the group vision/mission/strategic direction.The ideal candidate is a leader who has an operational focus and is knowledgeable, energetic, a self starter, able to juggle multiple priorities and tasks, dedicated, passionate about the field, and able to manage multiple personality types. He/she has good technical knowledge of group practice management, analytical/ organizational/ communication/interpersonal skills, attention to detail; is techno savvy. Minimum requirements include Bachelor´s degree in business or health care administration, 3-5 years experience, and CMPE certification. Preference for members of MMGMA and/or MGMA.
