In this high-level role, you will implement a comprehensive program of internal consulting services and manage major business initiatives that support our education and research missions. Duties include participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of new business plans, proposals, policies, processes, systems and applications; reviewing financial plans; managing budgets; analyzing regulatory requirements that impact business operations; overseeing personnel; helping the Vice Dean for Science and the Vice Dean for Education, Faculty and Academic Affairs develop strategic plans and process improvements; and evaluating business performance. In addition, you will oversee and manage the faculty and physician recruitment process.Were seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, multitasking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications include a masters degree in healthcare policy and management, healthcare or public administration, or a related field; 10-15 years related work experience with strategic/program planning responsibilities; and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Access. Experience developing financial plans and performing financial analyses is crucial. Our ideal candidate will also have experience with business process design and improvement as well as website technology and functionality.
