We are currently hiring for the following position: Food & Nutrition Group LeaderYou will supervise the operation of patient and non-patient services on a daily basis. This includes scheduling and training of staff, reporting of cash transactions, preparing cash deposits, compiling patient menus and special needs, setup and checking of patient tray line and opening and closing of the department. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, and direct catering and doctors lounge services. Communicates proper information regarding any patient or non-patient needs to peers, staff and Food Service Supervisors/Managers.Requires a High school diploma. Two years of college in a related field preferred. You must possess valid food borne illness certification from the state of Florida or an Orland Health service safe certification. IF you do not have this, you must obtain within three months of hire.
