(S)he will work closely with our MDs, staff, and consultants on enhancing patient relations, practice promotion, and strategic planning. Our goal is to grow to 5+ physicians and add a satellite office within the next 3 years under the management of the successful candidate.RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess 5+ years experience and a track record in the following areas:Healthcare or other Business Leadership.Comfort with speaking engagements and networking. Consultative selling direct to consumers and the ability to market at the professional level.Developing and managing a strong service provider team, ideally in healthcare.Financial oversight of revenue, budget adherence, payroll, retirement plan, billing, A/R, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Oversee the operational management of the practice, including coordination with lawyers, accountants, marketers, retirement plan advisors, and others with whom Signature has business relationships.This position also requires:4 year undergraduate college degree. Graduate degree in health or business preferred. Clinical and Administrative Operations experience in an outpatient or physician office setting preferred.Familiarity with medical terminology and coding preferred. Should have knowledge of third party and insurance company operating procedures.Experience and familiarity with EMR and PM systems highly desirable.A high energy, focused self-starter who understands accountability and drives results.Articulate; good verbal and written skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information from various sources to solve problems.Ability to effectively manage many ongoing projects at once.Working conditions: Pressure due to multiple calls, inquiries, and deadlines.
