We have an excellent opportunity in southwest Rocky Mtn. area for a Director of Clinic Operations. The position involves both the direction and the day to day activites, and long term planning for a multi-practice setting of three clinic, with over 50 physicians and midlevel providers within an intergrated hospital based system. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, has excellent critical thinking, leadership, planning, developing, organizing, and implementation skills, who is able to meet regulatory standards and help to develop programs and services.Prior experience in a multi-facility/practice setting a must as is leading a group practice. This position requires a Bachelors degree in nursing with current licensure. Bachelors Degree in health or business administration required; Masters Degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting with progressively increasing levels of responsibility. The candidate must have excellent computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across the continuum of customers.
