This position will be responsible for managing the non-clinical operations for the Rancho Bernardo and Carmel Del Mar medical offices including: New patient registrations and insurance related issues Billing edits & compliance with charge processes Cash Handling Facility related functionsQualifications: Bachelors degree required Previous Leadership/Management experience required Prior experience in a Medical Group/Ambulatory Healthcare setting required Knowledge of all aspects of Medical Insurance/Billing procedures and Patient Registration procedures required Ability to effectively manage the activities and personnel of diverse departments Excellent oral and written communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills with all internal and external customers Proficient with Microsoft Office requiredSharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 400 primary care doctors and specialists representing virtually every field of medicine.
